Frank Bailey
Bus Ministry
Hello, my name is Frank Bailey. My ministry is driving the bus. I love serving my fellow brother and sister by making sure they get to listen to a wonderful message.
My testimony is that I was in a deep dark place and GOD saw fit to save me. He pulled me out of a place that no person should be in. I thank him every day for saving me. God has been speaking to me a lot lately about growing this ministry.
If you are in need of a ride to our wonderful church. Please reach out to me and leave me a message and I would love to help you get to our church.
My number is 937-856-6343. May God bless you and keep you. And if you need prayer or an ear to hear, please reach out to me.
Reda Sizemore
Children Church Superintendent
I was raised in church in Kentucky. It was the best part of my childhood memories. We had a large youth group, and we supported each other all through our teen years. I was saved at 9 years old and experienced God's wonderful power at an early age. I learned through prayer that God heals and changes lives, even if you are only 10 years old. It was at that time that I knew I wanted to help other children understand that God is always listening to you and there for you when no one here on earth can help. I carried that passion throughout my life.
I worked for the local school system in the Multi-Handicapped room for over 12 years. I took this opportunity and love for children to try and make a difference in every child's life. I also taught Sunday School and worked with children in church for the past 20+ years.
I met my husband of 37 years in church. We have a daughter, son, and three wonderful grandchildren.
Jolene Decker (Jodi)
Sunday School Superintendent
I was born in Ohio, and life has taken me on quite a journey, from living in Texas to spending time in West Virginia, before bringing me back home again. I’m married to my husband, Ron, and together we have five children. Our oldest is our only beautiful daughter, followed by four wonderful sons. We’ve always loved spending time with our kids, and now we’re blessed to continue that joy with our three grandchildren.
Our son Jacob is both autistic and epileptic, and raising him opened the door to my involvement in the school system as his advocate. Through that experience, I gained valuable insight into both sides of the educational process. In Jacob’s later school years, I was invited to participate in PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) meetings, where I worked to help strengthen collaboration between students, teachers, and parents, improving the educational experience for everyone involved.
I wasn’t raised in church, but my Mamaw (Gladys Alexander) would take me with her to Sunday school whenever I stayed the night. Those were the only times I was being taught about Jesus, and it never left me. I’m so thankful God gave me a God-loving Mamaw, and now I’m grateful to serve in Sunday School ministry at Moraine City First Church of God.

Denise Curtis
Women's Ministry
I am married to Pastor Donald Curtis, and we have two beautiful girls and a very active 17-year-old boy. I have six grandkids that have completely changed my life. I was raised in church and had the best parents in the world. I am so thankful for my Godly heritage.
I am also a huge Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan.
I believe God has prepared us and called us to Moraine City at this particular time in our lives (Esther 4:14) and it is an honor to be the president of our Women’s group.
Darrell and Wanda Webb
Music Ministry
Darrell is the Music Director and Wanda is the church pianist. They have been married for 56 years and have spent the majority of that time ministering in churches all over the United Staes, and some foreign countries. Their heart's desire is to lead people to worship in the fullness of His spirit, and see souls won to Christ.
Lisa Back
Media Ministry
I walked into Moraine City First Church of God in the spring of 2000 with my newborn daughter, Amanda, and 2 year old son, Brendon, in tow. Immediately, I knew I found my church home. I spent a few years keeping the kids occupied with goldfish crackers and coloring books, then I was invited to a discipleship class...that changed everything!
I re-dedicated my life and began teaching Sunday School, then in the Youth ministry and got involved with the women's group. In 2018, we found a need for a Media Ministry at Moraine City and since my background is in radio & TV broadcasting.. well here I am! I'm thrilled to serve in this ministry that takes the life-changing message of Jesus as He is, to people where they are!
